Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout.

As long as they fit safely I will try to package multiple items in a single box and refund any difference in postage.

I ship orders as quickly as possible tracked and insured via USPS. If you need expedited shipping please send me an email.

Each order is packed with care to make sure it arrives safely. If you receive an item that you believe was damaged during the shipping process, please hang on to it and email me right away so we can find a solution. 

Local Pickup

I am located in Morrison Colorado. If you would like to pick up your order in person, please email me. I will refund your shipping costs and we can arrange a time.

I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you need to cancel an order, please message me ASAP. If the item has already shipped, I cannot refund the order.

If an item is damaged during shipping please contact me ASAP and save the item and the packaging and we will work together to find a solution.

There are a lot of items and colors I don't keep on my regular stock list but I am more than happy to make on request.

The Custom Topo Map plates are always done on Commission and can be any map you can think of.

Special orders and commissions have a variable lead time depending on the time of year and the complexity of the project.

All dinnerware items (including mugs and kitchenware) are food safe.

All items without gold luster are microwave and dishwasher safe, though it never hurts to give your items a bit more TLC.

If a piece has gold luster it cannot go in the dishwasher or microwave. Please handwash those pieces to keep the gold looking it's best.
